Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา และเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการระดมทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา เพื่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำแนกตามขนาดและที่ตั้งของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมาปีการศึกษา 2546 จำนวน 302 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า จำนวน 53 ชุด การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows โดยวิเคราะห์ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการระดมทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา เพื่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมมีปัญหาระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านมีปัญหาระดับปานกลางทุกข้อ 2. ปัญหาการระดมทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา เพื่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ระหว่างสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดเล็กกับสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทุกด้าน 3. ปัญหาการระดมทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา เพื่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ระหว่างสถานศึกษาที่ตั้งอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลกับสถานศึกษาที่ตั้งอยู่นอกเขตเทศบาล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสถานศึกษาที่ตั้งอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลมีค่าเฉลี่ยปัญหา การระดมทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาต่ำกว่าสถานศึกษาที่ตั้งอยู่นอกเขตเทศบาล เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์และด้านการจัดการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 โดยสถานศึกษาที่ตั้งอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลมีปัญหาการระดมทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาต่ำกว่าสถานศึกษาที่ตั้งอยู่นอกเขตเทศบาล ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ The purpose of the research was to study and to compare the problems on educational resource accumulating for the administration of fundamental education schools under the Office Primary Education Area in Nakhon Ratchasima, regarding the school sizes and locations. The sample group of the study was 302 schools under the Office Primary Education Area in Nakhon Ratchasima in the year 2004. A rating scale questionnaire with 53 items was employed in the data collection. SPSS for Windows, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test were used in the data analysis. The research found that 1. Regarding the problem on the educational resource accumulating for the administration of fundamental education under the Office Primary Education Area in Nakhon Ratchasima was at the average level, when generally considered. Specifically considered, it was found that the personnel problem, the financial problem, the equipment and material problem, and the management problem were respectively at the average level. 2. Regarding the school sizes, the problem on educational resource accumulating for the administration of fundamental education schools under the Office Primary Education Area in Nakhon Ratchasima showed no statistically significant difference, when generally considered. In addition, it showed no statistically significant difference in all aspects, when specifically considered. 3. Regarding the school locations, the problem on educational resource accumulating for the administration of fundamental education organizations under the Office Primary Education Area in Nakhon Ratchasima showed statistically significant difference at the .05 level, when generally considered. Schools locating in the municipal area showed lower level of problems on educational resource accumulating than schools locating outside the municipal area. When specifically considered, the aspects relating to the equipment and material problem and the management problem showed statistically significant difference at the .05 level. Schools locating in the municipal area showed lower level of problems on educational resource accumulating than schools locating outside the municipal area. Considering the other aspects, they showed no statistically significant difference at the .05 level.
